These terms and conditions apply to all retreats, programs, and events organized by Concept4u LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, represented by Markus Dominik Fritsch (Founder & CEO).

Die Buchung eines Retreats erfolgt über das Onlineformular auf www.concept4u.llc oder durch direkte schriftliche Vereinbarung. Nach Bestätigung der Buchung ist eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 30 % des Gesamtbetrags fällig. Die restlichen 70 % sind spätestens 14 Tage vor Beginn des Retreats zu entrichten. Bei Buchungen über Unternehmen, Behörden oder Universitäten gelten die dort vereinbarten Zahlungsmodalitäten.

Bookings are made via the online form at www.concept4u.llc or by written agreement. Upon confirmation, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount is due. The remaining 70 % must be paid no later than 14 days before the retreat begins. For bookings made by companies, institutions, or universities, agreed corporate terms apply.

Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist bis 30 Tage vor Retreatbeginn möglich. Danach werden 30 % des Gesamtbetrags berechnet, ab 14 Tagen vor Beginn 70 %. Ersatzteilnehmende können jederzeit benannt werden.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before the retreat. After that, 30 % of the total fee will be charged, and within 14 days before the start, 70 %. Substitute participants may be nominated at any time.

Alle Retreats und Programme finden ausschließlich in persönlicher Präsenz statt. Digitale oder Onlineformate sind ausgeschlossen, um die Qualität, Intensität und persönliche Entwicklung zu gewährleisten.

All retreats and programs are conducted in personal attendance only. Digital or online formats are excluded to ensure quality, intensity, and personal growth.

Der Erfolg und die nachhaltige Wirkung der Retreats hängen maßgeblich von der persönlichen Bereitschaft und Umsetzung jedes Teilnehmers ab. Concept4u LLC stellt strukturierte Methoden, praxisorientierte Werkzeuge und einen professionellen Rahmen bereit, übernimmt jedoch keine Verantwortung für individuelle Entscheidungen oder Handlungen außerhalb der Retreat-Umgebung.

The success and lasting effect of each retreat depend primarily on the personal commitment and implementation of each participant. Concept4u LLC provides structured methods, practical tools, and a professional environment but assumes no responsibility for individual decisions or actions outside the retreat setting.

Teilnehmende verpflichten sich zur vertraulichen Behandlung aller internen Informationen, Methoden und Prozesse, die im Rahmen der Retreats vermittelt werden.

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all internal information, methods, and processes shared during the retreats.

Concept4u LLC haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch Eigenverschulden, Nichtbefolgung von Anweisungen oder persönliche Risiken entstehen. Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Es besteht keine medizinische oder therapeutische Beratungspflicht.

Concept4u LLC is not liable for damages resulting from personal negligence, failure to follow instructions, or individual risk-taking. Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility. The retreats do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
